BIEN-RIES is there when you start to create your very personal sense of well-being through living comfort. We would like to present you the furnishing features and design lines that we offer for your condominium. We see living as an experience that is perceived and experienced using all your senses. In addition, it’s also important that the residential property’s furnishing meet individual requirements and the creative impetus of each of our customers to the greatest extent possible.
This applies to floor coverings, fittings and to doors, hinges, and additional detail solutions. However, the focus is on five exclusive interior lines that can be selected for designing the bathroom.
Please note that the depicted furniture is not included. Additional details are visible in the building specification. We are always available for any questions you may have. If desired, you may also receive advising upon special request.
You can find one part of our furnishing features and design lines in the “furnishing” image gallery.
You may choose from five exclusive interior lines for designing the bathroom, without an additional charge, of course. They are named after cities that stand for many different design traditions and lifestyles: New York, Florence, Paris, Tokyo and Frankfurt. Five very different projection surfaces for your pictures and associations of individual living – backed and reinforced with carefully selected and compiled shapes, colours, structures, and materials.
In addition to our bathroom design, there is also a large selection of bathroom objects that come standard. This include well-known bathroom equipment companies such as Duravit, Grohe, Villeroy & Boch, and a few more. Put together your ultra-personal feel-good bathroom from many different components. Select fittings, ceramic wash basins, shower trays, bathtubs, and toilets.
BIEN-RIES’s condominiums are standard equipped with real oak parquet. This oiled parquet offers ideal protection from dust and dirt and allows for effortless maintenance. The parquet is installed in all residential properties, excluding utility rooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen area. The parquet is installed in an irregular ship’s deck pattern, thereby giving your residence a homely charm.
