Making contact

THE FIRST STEP
COMES FROM YOU.

Do you like one of our freehold apartments?
Did you find us on a property portal, by recommendation
or research? Then simply send us a
contact inquiry by email or visit one of our
sales offices to arrange a consultation appointment.

Consultation appointment

PERSONAL CONVERSATION WITH
OUR BUYING ADVISERS.

After making contact, an appointment will
be made with your personal buying adviser.
Next you will be shown the available apartments and
be given comprehensive
advice and information about the
respective building project. It’s important to us to find the right
property for you. If necessary we will have
a number of meetings to discuss it.

Reservation

RESERVE YOUR
DREAM APARTMENT.

Have you found your dream apartment and the perfect
ground plan? Then secure it with a
binding 500 EUR reservation fee.
Pay the fee in cash and your apartment will be reserved
immediately.

Financing

CLARIFICATION OF YOUR
FINANCING.

Questions about this often arise which
you need to discuss with your
bank. You need to clarify whether
financing is possible and what guarantees the bank needs
from you.

Final consultation

FINAL CONSULTATION BEFORE
YOUR NOTARY APPOINTMENT.

At this point the last issues are clarified.
We run through everything again and
an appointment is made with the notary.

Notary appointment

THE PURCHASING CONTRACT
IS SIGNED

The notary acts as a neutral mediator and
legal implementer of the transfer of the apartment
and money from seller to buyer
and vice versa. The contract is read out by the notary
before you can ask
any questions.  At the end,
you, the seller and the notary
sign the purchasing contract.

Notice of conveyance

THE PRIOR NOTICE IS ENTERED IN
THE LAND REGISTER

This is a safeguard for you, so that all
interests are handled properly. The notice of conveyance
is a legal assurance of purchase under the conditions stipulated in the
purchasing contract.  You are marked in the land register
as new owners.

Due date notification

NOTICE FROM THE NOTARY
TO THE BUYER.

You will receive a notice from the notary
that all the conditions of the purchasing contract have been met.
There are no longer any risks to you. Your payment of the
purchase price is now due.

Payment by instalments

DUE DATE FOR THE
FIRST INSTALMENT.

The formalities have been clarified and your payment of the
first instalment is now due.

Furnishing consultation

CHOOSE YOUR
FURNISHINGS.

Make an appointment with our
furnishing advisers.  During the consultation, all the
options will be discussed with you.
Choose tiles and fixtures
for your bathroom.
Select parquet and plug sockets.  You will also decide where you want
the sockets and light switches.

Site visit

VISIT THE
BUILDING SITE.

About 4 weeks before
the finalisation and transfer of the apartment, you will visit your
apartment with
the site manager.  Check that the right tiles and
fixtures have been integrated, or whether there
are any other faults.  You will be able to move in soon.

Payment by instalments

YOUR LAST INSTALMENT
IS DUE.

We’re nearly there! Once you
have paid the last instalment and it is in
our account, we can
give you the keys to your new apartment.

Transfer appointment

YOUR FREEHOLD APPOINTMENT
IS TRANSFERRED TO YOU.

Once the transfer date has been agreed,
and we have received the last instalment, you will get the keys
to your new freehold apartment.  You visit the apartment one last time with
the site manager.  Finally, you sign the
transfer protocol and the apartment belongs to you.
